Child & Teen sims leave school & work prematurely when entering a phase.
School? I get that. I've ditched a class or two, but work? My sim needs to pay for university and his apartment. They can't be dipping out early. I remember this being a bug a few years ago. Hopefully it's still a bug (but I can't find a discussion on it) and not intentional.
