@ArcherAngelo Never had a child at my clinic.
Did you close down the clinic, then remove mods and delete localthumbcache or at what point did you remove them ? Did you also try if it happens on a save that never had mods in ?

The only mod I use is MCCC.
- @ArcherAngelo Please try without. Bug reports need to be on vanilla game.
Any mechanism of MCCC that generates something can potentially be responsible for this.Still having the issue. This time I came as a client with a different family and a child spawned with their pet.
