Choosing Language

I am from the Czech Republic and I've just got my copy of The Sims 4 Collector's Edition today. When I installed from DVD, there were all languages available. When I installed Origin download version, the game tried to install itself in Czech language, because I had Origin in Czech. When I switched Origin to English GB, even the Digital download offered me all languages, which I actually find interesting, since when I did this in CAS Demo I could only choose European languages, I did not have Asian languages. Obviously, the full game has full language offer.

Also, when I looked to what languages Origin offers me for Sims 4, I saw all languages listed, so I guess if I bought my game from Origin, I would also have full language version. I have to note however, that there is not Czech version of Origin Store, we have version in English language with prices in Euro instead of Czech Crowns, so that's probably why we have international version of Sims 4, while in Poland, where they have localised Origin Store, they have specific languge version. However, I have no clue why Czech Language is also part of that version since it's obviously not offered to Czech customers from Origin. I can only guess that this version is sold by Czech digital key re-sellers, which have quite cheap prices, but that's only my guess.
