So my mother got me digital Sims 4 Seasons through Amazon for Christmas however I already had Seasons. Is there a way I could a refund, store credit, or return?

WritingDragon EA customer support is going to send you back to Amazon since that's where the purchase was made. There's no protocol for exchanging one pack for another within the EA App. If you want to ask anyway, you can reach support here:

Your best bet is to try again with Amazon. And if the code was automatically added to your account, you could point out that it's a duplicate purchase and therefore should be blocked, which makes it the fault of the platform, not you.
If you simply got a code you can't use, maybe you could find a friend who doesn't own Seasons and would take it in exchange for gifting you something you don't already own.
