How do I get acces to every apartment, I just downloaded it and I'm trying to look at every apartment in the city, and when I want to buy one it's only like 1 avalible on 1 floor but there's multiple floors right?? So I do I look at EVERY apartment avalible in the whole world

There's only one floor per building. There's a few apartments that have two floors but that's just one apartment.
There's multiple apartments per floor though. Some are already pre-occupied but you should be able to enter those in build mode
So basically click on the building and you'll be shown a floor plan. From there, pick the apartment.
