Cleanup.exe missing

I can’t uninstall my Sims 4 because apparently my Cleanup.exe is missing. Is there anyway that I could download a new version of Cleanup.exe or is there no way of getting it back?

Just start a game repair. If you're missing the file, Origin will put it back.
