I have sims 4 get to work that I bought long ago at a store when I was younger and didn’t know how to play the game, now I bought the original gameplay online but when I want to install the get to work expansion pack it says the code is already used.
When I put the code it shows me my account email from origin and when I click confirm it says that it is already used.
are there other ways to put the code and make it work
@M0sella Did you register the product code when you originally bought Get to Work? If so, the pack should show up in the account you used back then. If you're not sure what account you might have used, you can contact EA customer support and ask for help finding it. Take a photo showing the box for GTW and the code; you can upload the photo when you submit the request for help.

If you never registered the code in the first place, is it possible you bought the pack used? In that case, there wouldn't be a way for you to register GTW now, unfortunately. Games and associated content can only ever be registered to one EA/Origin account.
