connecting online sims 4

Just activate Origin.Then you run game and gallery will open normally! 😕mileyvery-happy:

https://www.origin.com/en-ie/download go to this site and download origin and then before you run game let him run in background. 

My son' s game says his ONLINE ACCESS is DISABLED.  He is trying to connect online when he gets this message.  How can he get online?  He is playing THE SIMMS

Online access for Sims is disabled for underage accounts. The age differs from country to country but I think US is <=13
