connecting online sims 4
Everytime i try to connect online in my sims 4 game it says "online accses disabled" can you please help me with this problem, as i can't go online in my sims 4 gallery

My son' s game says his ONLINE ACCESS is DISABLED. He is trying to connect online when he gets this message. How can he get online? He is playing THE SIMMS

Online access for Sims is disabled for underage accounts. The age differs from country to country but I think US is <=13
