Constant BSoD while Playing TS4

I've tried quite literally everything.

I've wiped my drivers then reinstalled them, scanned for viruses, factory reset my computer, done the sfc /scan thing in command prompt, a DISM, and yet nothing has worked.

Last night I underclocked my GPU with MSI Afterburner and it lasted longer than usual before BSoD but it still crashed. I would really love to play TS4 again but I physically can't. I'll provide the latest DxDiag and .dmp file.

Somebody please help.

  • Delithril  Your upload is restricted, so I can't see anything.  Please set it so that "anyone with the link" can view it.

Alternately, you can attach your dxdiag to a reply here.  I don't know whether I'll need to see the .dmp files, although I'm happy to take a look, but I'd start with the dxdiag anyway.

Here it is. I know I've had to use the .dmp files a lot in these past few nights.

  • Delithril  I'll take a look at the dump file when I'm in front of Windows again.  But one thing I notice is that your chipset drivers are quite old.  I don't know what exact motherboard you have (because Asus boards' model numbers don't show up in a dxdiag), so I can't check for newer drivers, but I would guess there are at least some given the age of your processor.

So for now, please find your exact model board, google "[model name] drivers," and look for the Asus support page.  Download all the chipset drivers, install them, restart your PC, and let me know how it goes.  If you get a new BSOD, please provide the new .dmp and a new dxdiag.

If you don't know what you're looking at with the chipset drivers, feel free to link me the product page, or just list the motherboard's model.  It should be printed on the board itself.
