I have tried deleting cache files manually, also took out sims 4 legacy folder out and left it on desktop. It still won't load and keeps wanting to update the game again.

    Could you post a screenshot of the message ? (use the image icon in the icon bar, attaching doesn't work currently)
    
    Can you start the game, if you put origin in offline mode ?
