@lunarparanoia Please run a search for EP15 , which is the folder for For Rent. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP15 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

@lunarparanoia The first screenshot is exactly what I wanted. Was that the entire list of results? If yes, that means For Rent isn't installed at all. The Delta folder from the first result holds patch data, not the pack itself.
If you own For Rent through the EA App, you need to download it through the EA App, not through Steam. (If you own it through Steam, download it there.) In the EA App, open your game library, click Sims 4, click Manage > Manage add-ons, find For Rent on the list, and click Download.
If something doesn't make sense because of the language barrier, you can ask me to clarify. Hablo un poquito de español también, aunque no suficiente para ayudar con problemas técnicos. Pero voy a entender algo escrito en español.

It's not on add ons ☹️ at all. When I Open the Game it's there, but in the EA app it isnt. And they're not responding either
