Does anyone have a fix for accessing the following saved as:
slot_00000002 6.save
if i remove the “space 6,” it turns into a previous save from long ago.
i suppose this is what I get for not shutting down at night. It’s odd that it leave the house in the saved state (big fire), but all of the characters that died are still alive and a life stage behind.
It apparently is a save from long ago. There is nothing you can do to magically change it to a more recent save.
Could you post a picture of your saves folder to figure out what the correct name could be ?
Best is to choose detailed view and sort by date.
The gAme was named that on its own. I discovered the save in that state. The only workaround i’ve Found it getting rid of the “[space] 6” in order for the game to recognize it as an option to load. The game will then populate it with a screenshot of the appropriate save state and will load an earlier version of the game.
