Corrupted save fix?
Does anyone have a fix for accessing the following saved as: slot_00000002 6.save if i remove the “space 6,” it turns into a previous save from long ago. i suppose this is what I get for not shutt...

Is this something you renamed yourself or did you c/p something into that folder ?
Does look like it's several copies of the 2 save. The current slot_00000002 is that already a renamed one ? Did you not have one before you removed the _<number> ?

The gAme was named that on its own. I discovered the save in that state. The only workaround i’ve Found it getting rid of the “[space] 6” in order for the game to recognize it as an option to load. The game will then populate it with a screenshot of the appropriate save state and will load an earlier version of the game.

Please could you provide the information I asked for in my previous post?
Could you also let me know whether you have used Automator to set up any Workflows or Folder Actions on your Mac? I don’t think i use any of those things on my Mac. The save was created the same date 9/4/18 using the “save as” option and that is how it populated.
- That is very strange. Have you tried giving it a completely different number (none of the ones you have) on all those saves to see if any of them are current ?
Yup, no dice. I ended up just playing it from the old save. The weird part is that it saved all of the updates to the houses, but not the family.
