I have multiple computers on one Windows account (different EA accounts), and every time I open Sims 4 on one, it deletes the saves from the other. I open the saves folder, and they still exist, but they will not show when I open the game itself. It is incredibly irritating because it makes the game unplayable unless I go make a new Windows account and transfer all my files, which is more of a headache then its worth.
You need to turn off OneDrive backup and stop it from backing up your documents folder:

Locate the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar notification area and click it.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the OneDrive menu and select Settings.
In the Settings window, click the Manage Backup button.
Under the Manage Folder Backup section, locate the Documents Folder.
Toggle the switch next to Documents to Off.
Confirm by clicking Stop Backup when prompted.
Close the Settings window.
Note: After unsyncing, files in the folder will no longer sync with OneDrive. Repeat these steps on other PCs if needed.
