crash during gameplay

I've begun replying sims 4 again last week. however my game keeps crashing at random times. this increases when the ea app is in online mode. When ea app is online it even crashes right before i can...

    @lordtijger  This particular crash is from the DX9 version of Sims 4, which you probably know but I'm mentioning just in case.  And the python37_x64.dll crash is exactly what other users have been seeing with high-end Intel processors and that disappears when XMP and CPU Turbo Boost are disabled.  So please try that, for informational purposes if nothing else, even if you'd never want to keep the settings.

    A beta BIOS is always something of a risk.  It's typically a small risk these days, but it's still not as reliable as using a BIOS version in full release.  And if I have the correct product page for your motherboard, there's a full release BIOS dated August 16.  I don't know that it will help; it's just something to keep in mind, and you can keep checking for newer updates as well.

@puzzlezaddict, thanks for the reply. i've attached the DxDiag file. i'll try to see what happens regarding the Online Social Features...
Maybe it's good to mention i don't play with mods but i have all the packs.

i tried opening the game just now but it crashed right before i could unclick so i'll answer with a second reply.

    @lordtijger  A number of players with hardware similar to yours have found that disabling XMP and CPU Turbo Boost in BIOS has fixed the type of Sims 4 crash listed in your dxdiag.  I understand you may not want to take the performance hit, but it's a useful test.

    If it helps, you have the same issue as the other players.  For a longer-term fix, MSI may have a BIOS update soon (if not already) that addresses instability on this platform.  I believe this is your board:

    But please double-check since the consequences of trying to install the wrong BIOS version can be catastrophic.

      @puzzlezaddicti've updated the bios version just in case. i saw it was dated on 18-06-2024, i did have a pc repair shop take a look at my pc 1 or 2 month's ago. though they didn't mention it maybe they updated the bios too while they were at it and for me it was my first time doing it today. i couldn't find any dated bios version dated 18-06-2024 but i did see one that was dated the next day as a beta version. currently i have had 2 crashed but i am experimenting with fullscreen windowed (i just saw it was on regular fullscreen when i always play fullscreen windowed) and i set it to use dx11.
      in case of the question 'why dx11?': i went into the window log files and i saw sims 4 kept crashing today with the information below.
