Temperance333 Try a different lot in a different world. The thing is, if your new save works fine and the old save does not (whether it's all the lots or just some of them), the problem is likely the save and not your computer. I do see plenty of Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag, but they're too generic to be of any use by themselves and could easily be due to a corrupt save.
It doesn't matter whether you run the dxdiag after a restart. It's a system report, and almost all of the information is independent of the immediate context.
Please also let me know whether you get any lastexception files (not lastcrash) when you try to open one of the affected lots. They'd be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you find one, and I'd only want one from the clean user folder and generated without mods or custom content present, open the file and delete its first line of text, then attach it to a reply here.
