How do i get all my saves back?!

My game had crashed, i couldn't get into at all and would just get "it's an issue on our end" message.

I came on here and found a very helpful article which worked wonders! I'm able to play The Sims again. But none of my saved stuff is there. I was unsure of what to do at the end of reading the article, i assumed i put my previous folder back.. I dunno.

Is this why? Does anyone know? I just want all my saved houses that i uploaded to the gallery ect.
