Normally I wouldn't say you need to update, but since you're getting crashes in a graphically-intensive program, and Dell lists this update as critical, it's worth doing. Download the driver dated Nov 10. Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart the computer afterwards and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, please try pausing OneDrive before you play. Your dxdiag lists one related crash, and OneDrive can definitely interfere with Sims 4. If you'd like to get rid of it, or at least change its settings to keep it away from your Sims 4 data, please see this post:
