Crashing is getting ridiculous

Hi, I've had Sims 4 since it came out and it has always crashed the odd time but I've recently began playing my game again and it is non stop crashing, it's getting intolerable. I can't play the game ...

Yep I did that yesterday and for a short while it did fix the problem but I'm experiencing the same thing again today I am so clueless to what is causing this

        Your graphics card driver is from 2014, which is pretty old, do make sure to update that. You have an Intel.

        Other than that your system isn't the greatest to game on, so make sure to keep the graphics settings on a lower level.
