10ec669d9294a264  This error is about a component of the EA App.  So pease download a fresh copy of the App installer and run it.  You should get a message that the App is already installed and the option to repair it, so do that.

If that doesn't help, please uninstall the App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and use the Advanced scanning method when asked.  Restart your computer and reinstall the App.
