My game launches and get stuck at a black screen

This morning i been having trouble launching the game as soon as it launches it goes to a black screen and freezes. I was able to play last night so im not sure what the issue is. I tried reaching out to ea chat for help and tried, clearing cache, removing mod folder, removing the sims 4 folder, and i even reinstalled the game and nothing helps. my computer runs the sims 4 perfectly, i have a vaio amd ryzen 5000 series 16gb ram 1tb ssd. I was told by ea chat to reach out for help, I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me, i really miss playing sims 😥
