Crashing (Mainly in Build Mode)

I recently got back into playing the sims (haven't had the time since college started). But I've found that my game keeps crashing. I can't pinpoint a specific update that would have caused it, but I last played it around October.

I've tried everything I can think of. My drivers are up to date, I don't use mods or custom content, I tried repairing the game, and have even went down to the lowest possible graphics. But, it only marginally helped, making live mode playable, though still laggy at times. However, build mode is crashes as soon as I open it, even with an empty lot. 

I've attached a few of the crash logs. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    somegoodolbants  Try forcing the game to run in DirectX 11 mode.  Open the EA App, select Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.

    If this doesn't help, please try playing with the EA App in offline mode.

    It seems like a lot of people are having this problem. I'm having this problem too and it's worse than you because now I can't play right from logging in, it just logs out.

    I submitted the problem and they just said: "There are no solutions currently." That sucks. From now on I'll be forced to quit the game because of it

    somegoodolbants  Please provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    huy_tronnn  If this happens to you with no mods or custom content present, and please test that if you haven't already, please provide a dxdiag as well.
