Crashing while exiting CAS

My game closes out while attempting to exit CAS. I have removed all my mods and it still closes out. I have updated my Nvidia driver to current and run the repair game in the EA app. I have attache...

orchid10fp The lastcrash didn't attach, but that's fine, those of us who don't work for EA can't get much out of it anyway. Most of the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are pretty generic, not much help by themselves, unfortunately.

So please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can get out of CAS and into live mode.

If that doesn't help, clear the EA App's cache and repair the game again, then try again.
