crashing
I've tried to start my Sims 4 game about 10 to 15 times today already. Every single time it crashed, sometimes after the first loading screen, but definitely by the second loading screen at the lates...

Choooiii The point was to see whether the game worked with the folder moved. That folder contains your saves and other data, so it's normal that you're not seeing your saves. We can address that easily enough, but the first part of the process is to make sure Sims 4 is working properly.
On that note, if you're still seeing issues, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of your graphics driver, as described here:
I understood your point; I just wanted to inform you that I can't open my save file. I clearly have no idea about any of this, which is why I'm contacting customer service. I honestly expect a bit more understanding because I truly have no clue what I'm doing right now. I just don't know how to get my save file back.
Sims is working btw. I can start a new save file.
