2j7pyuxf4f8t The initialization error is typically caused by an overly active antivirus blocking Sims 4 from starting. So please set exceptions in your antivirus for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in.
The "already running" error can be antivirus-related as well. Please see the first post of this master thread for a longer list of troubleshooting suggestions.

2j7pyuxf4f8t It means exactly what it says: Sims 4 doesn't have access to enough RAM to run properly. The question here is why.
Does it help if you restart your computer immediately before playing, and open nothing at all other than the game and the EA App? Even if you still get the error, please let me know whether it takes longer for the game to crash.
Either way, please also provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
