Create A Sim glitched and now I can't change facial features

I clicked on Creatre A Sim, pressed randomise once, and then tried to edit facial features, ie nose, mouth, eyes, face shape. However, when I click on any of these, there aren't any options to edit it. I tried pressing randomise, but none of the facial features changed there either.
