Create a sim MAJOR issues. Keeps freezing the game/won't save images.

Hello!  I'm super frustrated right now! Firstly, I have more than the recommended stuff to run the game. I can create a sim just fine, right up until it's time to save it, instead of playing it.  (...

I've just stopped playing, it's so frustrating to spend this much money on a game and it's practically unusable.  All I want to do is play the game like I'm supposed to be able to!! How come no one can help me with this?!
