Create a sims isn't working

I am also having the same problem, I am not able to enter the mode create a sim to create a new sim or edit it. I already repaired the game in Origin and removed the mods, but the problem still persists.

I am also having this problem. Was working fine until I just downloaded the newest origin update. 

I can only spin them TuT

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I recently got the Tiny living pack. but I also have University, cats and dogs, dine out, movie stuff, as well as both free packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? im not sure, but I just tried to open the clothes menu by clicking the sim and it didn't open.
What happens when the bug occurs? I open CAS and i try to edit my sims, and I can't even touch them, instead of opening a menu it only lets me rotate them. I've completely moved my mod folder out of the sims 4 folder, it still doesn't work
What do you expect to see? I should be able to open any menu in CAS so I can actually edit my sim. and keep most of my mods
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I got the Tiny living pack and updated the sims, so I have the latest patch.

I clicked the sim to change clothes and open any kind of menu and it won't open, it won't even let me customize the sims body or anything, I can edit traits and goals but that's it.

I had the same problem. I went to origin and selected the repair setting in settings. and it was good I took my mods off before that to see if that was the problem, it wasn't in my case, I added them back on after repairing the same and making sure it worked.
