Sims 4- Packs not loading in app
Okay just to get ppl up to speed on the issue I'm experiencing, I had purchased around maybe 25 expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs total onto my main EA account. I know the files exist, but the EA app and the Sims 4 game do not recognize that I have them. I know I'm logged onto the correct account (the one I used to purchase the DLC) and I've had this account since 2018, i.e., before the EA app and during the time of Origin. I did not have the Create-a-Sim demo and never did. As for the troubleshooting, I have been researching this issue for two days now. I have done the following-
- cleared the cache
- restarted the app
- repaired the game
- checked the "manage add-ons"
- uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- completely wiped the Sims 4 and the EA app from my computer
- reinstalled the EA app and the Sims 4 onto my computer
- repeated the first three
- checked the files for the cas demo (not there) ((never was))
- and of course, restarted my computer like 20 billion times
I will add screenshots of all the information I have, but I'm praying for a Christmas miracle at this point because I have sent two EA help tickets in and have not gotten a response, and to be honest, I am running out of energy to fix this issue head-on :(
