Create own Job Title from Get Famous Not Showing

There was supposed to be a new feature allowing the player to create job titles for their sims, but for some reason it doesn't show up on my sims' phone. The option to have your sims register as self-employed does not show up on their phones. Can anyone help me?

    Yeah that's the latest version as far as I know, have you tried clicking on a computer and then clicking on 'Career'? It should be there

    You need to quit your current job for it to become available.

    From the screenshot it appear this is an old version of the game. Is that the case?

    When you start the game it should be mentioned at the bottom of the main menu.
