My game freezes or crashes every 5-15minutes & sometimes when I take screenshot. I don't have any mods or cc
I have tried to start new save file & delete whole sims 4 folder. I have tried to delete & redownload whole sims. I have repaired the game & I always delete localthumbcache.package file.
Nothing helps. Always when my game freezes I can't do anything & I need to reboot my whole laptop.

For the crashing that's not related to taking screenshots, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
