Creating new sims causes error 803

So I downloaded the Sims and played the tutorial household with no issue and even moved 2 new sims into it, but when I bought one of the existing homes nearby and made a new sim to move in, it gives ...

I managed to sort it out! I just deleted the sims 4 folder out of the electronic arts folder and then played the game and I was able to create a sim and build a house. I have tested with all my custom content back in the game and it is working. I can’t believe it was something as simple as that.

@xxlivvs It's possible that it's only affecting one save game. Did you start a new save game ?

    Yes so I removed all the previous saved games from the folder

    @xxlivvs Could be just the one save that's not working then.
