I purchased a Sims 4 DLC "Book Nook Kit" at 02.06 for 4.99 EUR, EA took my money from EA Wallet, but i dont see a DLC at my EA library!!!! but i can see the DLC, at my Order History on my myaccount.ea, tha same thing happened to me when i purchased "Little Campers", i payed for these DLC twice from EA Wallet, because first time it also did not appear in my EA library. EA robbed already 10 EUR from my EA Wallet!! When i was bying the Games on Origins, it newer happened!!! Why i cant use Origin??? This is a robbery!!!

Additionally, try to log out and log back in to your account to help re-sync your games. Clearing the cache may also help in this case.

I purchased the grunge kit and the book kit for sims 4. The Book kit downloaded but the Grunge kit is saying to purchase it. The purchase is complete I checked and it went through my paypal account too. Two charges of 5.34. I already clear cache, restarted app and computer. Signed out and back in and still the same. please help
