@DragonAge_300905 @mcrudd @Shell89 @0_Yeah Please clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer.

Open the App, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and find your new content on the list. If you see a Download button, click it. Otherwise, please post a screenshot of what you see. If the new pack or kit isn't in that list at all, let me know.
If you can't download the DLC, whether there's a Download button or not, please sign into ea.com, open your profile and then your Order History, and let me know whether the transaction shows as completed, pending, or failed.

Hey all,
Sorry for the delay, the Gallery maintenance took up most of my time yesterday and this slipped through the cracks as a result.
@DragonAge_300905 , @mcrudd , @Shell89 , @0_Yeah - Could you let me know if you're still seeing this issue now?If so, can you share an EA Error Report ID here as well?

I can't do any of any thing on my computer because a game I bought on steam yesterday fried my video card. I had to buy a cheap laptop to do my bills for this month. I'm so out of luck for my computer breaking and just want to cry. I don't know how to recover any thing on my computer. I have to buy a new one it took till this time to be able to type online. I don't know when I'll be able to download the sims onto a new computer, cuz I have to buy it first.
