Sorry for the delay, the Gallery maintenance took up most of my time yesterday and this slipped through the cracks as a result.
@DragonAge_300905 , @mcrudd , @Shell89 , @0_Yeah - Could you let me know if you're still seeing this issue now?
If so, can you share an EA Error Report ID here as well?

Hi - I'm having the exact same issue as other users in this thread with the Book Nook Kit. I've had confirmation of my purchase and the game thinks I have the content, but it isn't showing in-game and the EA App only gives me the option to purchase. I've tried everything suggested, including clearing the EA app cache. I followed the steps with the EA Error Reporter and opened a case with EA Help but I'm really going round in circles.
