I'm having a similar issue. I bought both and downloaded new kits (grunge and book nook) yesterday and while they show in my library as "installed" they are not showing up in game.

I've tried repairing my game, clearing the EA cache, restarting my pc, nothing is working. Very sad and frustrated. 

I have sent through an error report but didn't save the report number assuming that it would be emailed to me but it wasn't. 

Any advice greatly welcomed <3

@porcelaincookies This is happening on consoles as well. I have the PS5. It says I own it but I need to download to play. I can't figure out how to get it to show on the PS5.
