ALIEN GLITCH and white screen

I'm having issues when in my sims game where if my sim gets abducted my game freezes, this also happens when my sim becomes pregnant with an alien and gives birth to an alien. My game will crash when I go into CAS to create or edit an alien. I've repaired the game a few times, cleared my cache, restarted the sims, uninstalled the game and I have taken out my mods and cc to see if thats conflicting but its not. I am also having problems when my sims game goes into window mode and I put it on fullscreen again there's a white screen and its stuck on my laptop so I have to restart my laptop and open the sims 4 up again.

The Alien probably helped but everytime I get a notification on window mode while playing the sims, the sims window goes white and is frozen so I have to restart my computer to play again

So please start by reinstalling the chipset drivers for your laptop.  This is the download page:

    https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-home/vivobook/asus-vivobook-s14-m3407/helpdesk_download?model2Name=M3407HA

It's fine to reinstall over the top of your existing install.  Restart afterwards.

If you get another crash or freeze, I'd like to know what error is happening while you're playing.  So please have a look in the Reliability Monitor.  Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash/freeze.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
