Thank you so much guys!!! I tried all of the above. My mods aren't script and wouldn't stay on but it the was gameverison file in the end now it's fixed.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.57.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base Game Only.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have tried Logging out and back in. re-Downloaded Origin onto computer, and restarted computer.
What happens when the bug occurs? No Gallery item loads up to view or click on or even download to be saved in my files. Each box has a red X on it and when I try to click on the item it says it is unavailable to view. Also when I try the filter buttons, the sections don't load or it freezes when trying to load.
What do you expect to see? fully loaded images to view of each item whether it be a household or a build. Sort buttons on the left to work properly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Newest sims 4 update concerning the new skin color palettes.
Overall, the gallery that connects to the web is not working and needs to be worked on for online connection enjoyment.
