I just bought the legacy bundle and can't download addons for sims 4

So, I have the sims 4 on steam and bought the legacy bundle through EA, on the EA app it shows that I have the 2 addons for the sims 4 but I can't install them when I check on steam, I don't see them at all. I tried contacting EA support and I've been waiting on a response for about 2 days now. does anyone know how to resolve this problem or to get ahold of a live person for EA support because the only ways I've found are useless and can't really help anyone, I give their support system a 1 star.

    I have a similar problem. I just got TS2 and grunge revival, but when I go to TS4 in the main menu it says I need to download the grunge revival when I hoover over the kit, but when I click it, and it show the content, it says I already own it. Yet when I go and play TS4 I have no grunge revival :( How do I download the kit?

    Oh I got it now! I logged in as an administrator and started the sims 4 on my admin account and then it loaded all my packs there and when I returned to my non admin account and started the game there the grunge revival was available! :)

    MasterofDragonz Have you tried logging in as an admin and opening the game on your admin account?
