[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

Mine hasn't worked for at least 2 months now...No CC, No Mods ever, didn't change a thing on the computer, still lets me share stuff ironically and i see others liking it and so i know it's up and i'm connected, but Red "X's" through everything. Can't even click on anything on the EA News Tab.
