[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

So I haven't ever posted on here, I can usually figure stuff out by reading what others have tried but I just dont know what to do.  So I updated the game to the newest patch, and it can up with a mods disabled pop up and how maxis and Ea don't vet mods ect. I was like yeah ok, so I went to check the enable mods… my script mods where still turned on and so I did the other and it said I would have to restart the came to enable. I clicked apply and then exited and when back it… it doesn't matter how many times I do it, it keeps doing that. It never saves that I have enabled my mods, it just keeps popping up the MODS DISABLED Ea and Maxis… everything seems to run smoothly (shockingly) after this patch, but it is not letting me have any mods or cc. (I have already deleted everything, redownload and tried to repair my game twice.)
