[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

I've been looking all over for solutions but no matter what I try, it always goes back to the same thing. I play the sims with lots of mods and cc and usually after an update I just reenable the "allow custom content" thing and it works. However, after these last two updates, everytime I'd try to renable my cc it would just give me this screen after I restarted the game...

I'm not sure if I'm not doing something wrong or what but any advice is appreciated. :)
