[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

My family member plays the sims like me and they use mods (MCCC and Ui cheats extension) I also help them with installing them as i also use them.

I updated the mods for them and for some reason when i loaded the game they were disabled. So i re enabled them again but they just keep disabling. 

(I know this is not EA's Issue but i need help)

Please can someone advise me on what to do. I also don't have a screenshot of the pop up but if u need it i can always get it for you.
