[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

so when  the last update happend the game had automatically disabled my mods and cc, i went into settings to enable them then i closed the game. However when i reloded the game my mods where still disabled even though i had enabled them and i havent been able to get them on since the update. I even deleted all the script mods and cc yet nothing has worked, i havent got a clue what to do.
