F9wFrr​ 137l34w3dlwm​  I've merged your posts with the master thread for this issue.  Please see the first post for help.

F9wFrr​  You checked Defender, but did you specifically check Controlled Folder Access?  Have you tried deleting GameVersion.txt as well?
