[CURRENT ISSUE] Game won't Open says "already Running"

My sims game wont even open or load since I updated the Nov 2020 patch.  I removed all Mods and CC in a back up folder - Mods folder is completely empty and updated my game.  I tired to open my g...

Using Bitdefender, In past it might block a game for wanting access but you add it to the exception list.

@HollandE7 Did you check if it's doing that now ? Someone above had exactly that issue.
