@himanshi11 Could you try shutting down all unneeded background programs and also try a clean boot.

If it works in that mode, then it's a background program interfering and you will need to find out which one.

@himanshi11 Please create a new admin user account on your computer. Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into your Microsoft account or sync with any other services. You'll be able to sign into your current Origin account, and you shouldn't need to download anything.
If you get the same error in the new account, please try playing in a clean boot in that new account, as linked earlier.

@himanshi11 Do you mean the steps to creating a new admin user account, or to doing a clean boot? For a new account:
Make sure it's an admin account before trying to play.
Crinrict already linked the clean boot instructions on the previous page.
