hoping someone here can help me. im wanting to play sims 4 but for some reason i cannot access any of my worlds, willow creek has disappeared from the world select and my character creation pager wont load (gets to the character creation but doesn't load the sim or anything else)
i've tried reseting the game. backing up then deleting the original sims 4 folder in electronic art, restarting computer, nothing works.

have you already tried repairing the game through Origin by right clicking on it in Origin ?
Does today's patch make any difference for you ?
@KittySkills The usual solution is to repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. Let us know if it doesn't work.
Same thing is happening to me, I am missing worlds (albeit not base game but some EP worlds) and I can't do a single thing to fix it.
