I was playing Sims 4 like normal and more and more of the sims have started to get either black and white or red and white patched with question marks on their face and body. I have no custom content or mods (I don't even know how to add that stuff) but just for good measure I went into settings and turned off CC and Mods just in case. I also repaired the game. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem. I updated my game with the November 2019 update and now all my sims are red and white with questions marks on their bodies. I have never used any custom content or mods, but just in case I disabled custom content/mods after this problem happened. I tried 3 times to repair the game through origin and that didn't work at all. I tried removing the Sims 4 folder from the EA folder in my Documents folder on my computer and the same problem occurs when I start a new game in Create a Sim. I even contacted technical support and tried deleting everything inside my Origin folder on my computer and NOTHING has worked.
Update: I tried one more time to repair through Origin and it worked! The first couple times it wasn't updating past the base game now it finally updated my Seasons expansion pack and it's fixed now.

Updated sims4 just now, running on mac. Everything is fine and the game opens etc but the colours are way off (see screenshots). All my sims look like crash dummies also. Any ideas anyone?
